We provide event equipment rental services, including but not limited to sound systems, lighting equipment, projection systems, DJ equipment, event furniture, and dance floor installations. All rentals are subject to availability and the specific terms agreed upon in individual rental contracts.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into a rental agreement with us. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the authority to enter into binding contracts.

Rental Process and Booking

Equipment requests submitted through our website are not final bookings until confirmed by our team. We will contact you within 24 hours to verify availability, discuss requirements, and finalize the rental agreement. A written rental contract and deposit may be required before equipment release.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be specified in your rental agreement and typically include:

• Deposit payment at booking confirmation
• Final payment before or upon equipment delivery
• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, or debit card

Equipment Care and Responsibility

Upon receiving equipment, you assume responsibility for its care and safekeeping. You agree to:

• Use equipment only for its intended purpose
• Handle equipment with reasonable care
• Protect equipment from damage, theft, or loss
• Not modify, disassemble, or alter equipment without authorization
• Not sublease or transfer equipment to third parties
• Return equipment in the same condition as received, accounting for normal wear

Damage and Loss

You are liable for any damage or loss of rented equipment beyond normal wear and tear. Charges for damage or loss will be assessed based on repair costs or replacement value. We recommend obtaining appropriate insurance coverage for high-value rentals.

Delivery and Collection

We provide delivery and collection services within our designated service areas. Delivery schedules will be confirmed in your rental agreement. You must ensure:

• Access to the venue is available at scheduled delivery times
• Appropriate space and facilities are available for equipment setup
• A responsible person is present to receive and return equipment

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the rental value and lead time. Generally:

• Cancellations more than 14 days before the event: full refund minus administrative fee
• Cancellations 7-14 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 7 days before: no refund
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to equipment failure or force majeure, in which case full refunds will be provided

Technical Support and Malfunctions

While we thoroughly test all equipment before rental, malfunctions can occur. If equipment fails during your event:

• Contact our emergency support line immediately
• We will attempt to provide replacement equipment or remote technical assistance
• Refunds or compensation for equipment failures will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
• We are not liable for consequential damages resulting from equipment failure

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the rental fee paid for the specific equipment in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
